Return Policy:
If your order is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately upon
its arrival to your location. So we can get you a replacement. We will
want the damaged item returned for the replacement. Furthermore, if your
item is defective, contact us to inform us. We reserve the right to
troubleshoot with customer before having the item sent back for a
replacement. If we can't get item to work properly then we will have you
ship the item back. Just make sure the item is in the same condition
you received it in being sure to include any original packaging that
came with your product. If the item
is not defective, or customer does not ship using the shipping method
we discussed then the customer must pay for his or her return shipping
cost. International buyers will have to pay their own return shipping cost at this time.
